Family-Grown.

Nestled amidst the sprawling landscape of Topeka, Kansas, there was a remarkable black family-owned hemp farm called Levitate9 LLC. This farm stood as a testament to resilience, innovation, and the power of familial bonds.

The Ratliff family, descendants of pioneers who were born and raised in Kansas, were the proud owners of Levitate9 LLC. Led by Allen, Dallas Ratliff, along with Allen’s brother William J. Scott III the family had endured generations of struggles and victories. They had always been ardent believers in the potential of hemp and its myriad benefits. Thus, when the opportunity to establish their own farm arose, they embraced it with open arms.

The Ratliff and Scott’s believed that Levitate9 LLC had the power to not only provide economic stability for their family but also pave the way for a more sustainable, eco-friendly future. They saw hemp as a versatile crop, capable of producing everything from textiles to paper, fuel to medicine, and even nourishing food products. With such a diverse range of possibilities, the Ratliff and Scott' dream was to cultivate a thriving farm that would cater to both local and national markets.

At Levitate9's, the family combined their knowledge of crop science with innovative farming techniques to achieve the highest possible quality of hemp. The fields were a lush sea of green, each plant lovingly and skillfully tended to. From sunrise to sunset, the Ratliff and Scott toiled with a shared purpose, employing sustainable practices and promoting biodiversity in their endeavors. The farm was not only a means of livelihood; it embodied their deep reverence for nature and commitment to preserving the environment for future generations.

What set Levitate9's apart was not just their farming practices but also their dedication to community engagement. The Ratliff and Scott strongly believed in uplifting their fellow community members, particularly those marginalized within the farming industry. They offered workshops and training sessions to share their knowledge and empower others to embrace the possibilities of hemp farming.

The Ratliff and Scott family worked tirelessly to build their brand, attending trade fairs and establishing partnerships with local businesses. Levitate9's soon gained recognition, not just in Topeka, but throughout Kansas and beyond. Their commitment to quality and integrity earned them a loyal customer base that valued both the product and the story behind it.

With every harvest, Levitate9's grew, both in physical size and reputation. The Ratliff and Scott family's farm came to represent the combined strength of determination and a deep-rooted connection to the land. Their story inspired people from all walks of life and paved the way for other black-owned farms to flourish.

Levitate9 LLC became a beacon of hope and progress, a testament to the transformative power of hemp, and a reminder that dreams can be realized even against the most challenging odds.
